By using BuySellCars.shop, you’re agreeing to play by the rules below.
If anything here doesn’t work for you, that’s totally fine — just don’t use the site.

1. Who Can Use the Site

You need to be 18 or older.
No kids allowed.
This site is made just for buying and selling cars.
That’s it. Not for posting job ads or pushing dodgy finance deals.

2. Your Account

To post or message someone, you’ll need to sign up.
That means giving us a working email, your name and number.

Keep your details up to date.
Your login is your responsibility.
If someone else gets in? Let us know right away.

3. Posting a Listing

All the info in your listing needs to be real.
We’re talking:

Make and model
Year
Price
Mileage
Condition

Use clear photos of the actual car.
No fancy stock images from Google.
No filters that make it look ten years newer than it is.

Sold the car? Great. Now take the listing down so buyers aren’t messaging you months later.

4. Shopping Features

We built BuySellCars.shop like a proper online shop.
That means filters for price, brand, mileage — all the good stuff.
You can also save listings or compare them.

But no bots.
No scraping data.
No gaming the system.

5. Money Stuff (AKA The Boring But Important Bit)

We don’t handle money.
Payments happen directly between the buyer and the seller.
We’re not an escrow service and we don’t hold funds.

Also: we don’t check if cars are roadworthy, stolen, or have 47 unpaid tickets.
That’s on you. Do your checks before you hand over cash.

6. Premium Features and Fees

Basic listings and browsing? Totally free.
Want more eyes on your car? We might offer upgrades like:

Featured listings
Top-of-page placements
Weekly deal shout-outs

You’ll always see the price before you pay.
Once you buy a premium feature and it kicks in, no refunds.

7. What You Can’t Do

Don’t post dodgy cars (stolen, fake imports, etc.)
Don’t be abusive, rude or offensive — to anyone
Don’t use the platform to sell stuff like insurance or repairs unless we say it’s okay

We want this to be a drama-free zone.

8. Content and Copyright

Everything you see on the site — the design, logos, the structure — belongs to BuySellCars.shop or the folks we licensed it from.
Don’t steal it or use it without permission.

When you upload a listing, you’re letting us use your content on the site and to promote it.
We won’t sell your car photos to a stock image site. Promise.

9. We’re Just the Middle Person

We don’t own the cars.
We don’t inspect the cars.
We don’t get involved in sales.

So if something goes wrong, we’re not on the hook.
Our max liability? Whatever you’ve paid us in premium fees in the last six months. If that’s nothing, well… you get the idea.

10. Your Info and Privacy

We collect some basic info from you to run the site.
We won’t sell or rent it.

Sometimes we share it with services that help us run BuySellCars.shop — like our hosting or analytics tools.

11. If We Change the Rules

We might update these Terms now and then.
If we do, the date at the top will change.
Keep using the site? That means you’re fine with the new version.

12. Shutting Down Accounts

Break the rules? We might shut your account down.
Trying to scam people? Same deal.

If you want to delete your account, just ask us.
We’ll remove your data unless we legally need to keep it for a bit longer.

13. Legal Stuff

These Terms follow the law in Pakistan.
Any legal stuff has to go through the courts there.
Try sorting things with support first before going nuclear.
